How to Apply Promo Codes and Redeem Free Gifts at Big Jeff Audio

At Big Jeff Audio, we want to reward our customers with added value through free gifts and promotional discounts. Below is a step-by-step guide explaining how free gifts work on our site and how to apply promo or discount codes at checkout.

Redeeming Free Gifts

Free gifts are unlocked based on your cart total and are selected directly from the cart page. No manual codes are required.

1. Add items to your cart as you normally would.
2. View your cart. As your order total increases, a progress tracker will appear showing how much more you need to add to unlock the next free gift tier.
3. Once your order qualifies, eligible free gift options will appear directly in the cart.
4. Select one free gift. The item will be added automatically with the discount already applied.

Free gift tiers unlock access to different gift options based on order value:

• Tier 1: Complimentary gift options with any qualifying order
• Tier 2: Higher-value gift options unlocked on orders over $250
• Tier 3: Premium gift options unlocked on orders over $750
• Tier 4: Expanded premium gift options unlocked on orders over $2,500
• Tier 5: Top-tier gift options unlocked on orders over $4,000

Important: Only one free gift may be selected per order. Reaching a higher tier does not grant multiple free gifts — higher tiers simply unlock access to higher-value gift options.

Applying a Discount or Promo Code

If you have a promo code or LOUD points discount, follow these steps:

1. Proceed to Checkout from your cart.
2. Redeem LOUD Points (optional): If you’ve earned LOUD points through our loyalty program, you may redeem them for a discount during checkout. Learn more in our rewards program guide .
3. Enter a Discount Code: Below the payment options, enter your code in the “Discount code or gift card” field and click Apply.

Discount codes and free gifts:
Our site allows only one discount to be applied per product. Since free gifts use an automatic discount, a discount code cannot be applied to the same item.

If your order contains only a single item, you will need to choose between using a discount code or selecting a free gift — both cannot be applied to the same product.

If your cart contains multiple items, a discount code may still apply to eligible products while the free gift discount applies separately to the selected gift item.

How to Get a Discount or Promo Code

There are several ways to receive discounts at Big Jeff Audio:
