How do the free gifts work?Updated a month ago

We offer a tiered free gift system designed to add extra value to your order as your cart total increases. Everything is handled directly on our site, with no manual codes required for free gifts.

Here’s how the free gift system works:

  •  As you add items to your cart, your order total unlocks different free gift tiers.
  •  A progress tracker in the cart shows how close you are to the next free gift tier and how much more needs to be added to reach it.
  •  Once your order qualifies, eligible free gift options will appear directly in the cart.
  •  Selecting a free gift automatically adds the item to your cart with the discount already applied.

 Free Gift Tier Overview:

  •  Tier 1: Complimentary gift options with any qualifying order
  •  Tier 2: Higher-value gift options unlocked on orders over $250
  •  Tier 3: Premium gift options unlocked on orders over $750
  •  Tier 4: Expanded premium gift options unlocked on orders over $2,500
  •  Tier 5: Top-tier gift options unlocked on orders over $4,000

Important: Only one free gift may be selected per order.

Reaching a higher tier does not grant multiple free gifts. Instead, higher tiers unlock access to higher-value free gift options while still allowing you to select just one free item total.

 Discount codes and free gifts:
Our site allows only one discount to be applied per product. Since free gifts use an automatic discount, a discount code cannot be applied to the same item.

If your order contains only a single item, you will need to choose between applying a discount code or selecting a free gift — both cannot be applied to the same product.

If your cart contains multiple items, a discount code may still apply to eligible products while the free gift discount applies separately to the selected gift item.

This system ensures free gifts are applied accurately and automatically, while keeping the checkout process smooth and transparent.
