Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a smooth return process, please review our return policy:

We do not offer refunds for any reason, all refunds/warranties will be issued as a store credit that can be applied to future order.

We do not accept returns on any orders that used a financing payment option.

Return Window:

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit.
    • If your product has ceased to function properly, rest assured, we offer comprehensive warranty coverage. Click here to review our warranty policy
  • Unopened items can be returned up to 90 days, but a 10% restocking fee applies after the initial 30 days.
  • Opened items returned within 30 days will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns for opened items beyond 30 days will be assessed on a per-case basis.

Open Box:

  • Open Box items are not eligible for return.

Combo or Bundle Purchases:

  • For discounted combo or bundle purchases, all items within the combo must be returned to receive a full store credit.
  • Returning a single item from the combo or bundle will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Apparel or Swag purchases:

  • We will not accept returns for any kind of merchandise including but not limited to; Hats, shirts, beanies, Hoodies, Key chains, lanyards, etc.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is deemed to be D.O.A.

Conditions for Refused Returns or Restocking Fee:

  • Any physical markings indicating installation or use, such as scratches or screw holes.
  • Removal or tampering with tags, stickers, or manufacturer labels.
  • Missing parts or damaged/tampered original product packaging.
  • Item with a different serial number than originally shipped.
  • Physical damage due to mishandling, such as water damage or dropped speakers.
  • Returns shipped with improper packaging that could result in damage during transit will not be accepted.
  • Items must be received in the same condition as they were received.
  • Wire that is not a full spool can not be returned.
  • Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures and speaker boxes.
