Big Jeff Audio Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a smooth return process, please review our return policy:

We do not offer refunds for any reason. All refunds/warranties will be issued as store credit that can be applied to a future order.

We do not accept returns on any orders that used a financing payment option.

Return Window:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for full store credit.
    • If your product has stopped working properly, we offer warranty coverage. Click here to review our warranty policy.
  • Unopened items may be returned up to 90 days from delivery; a 10% restocking fee applies after the first 30 days.
  • Opened items returned within 30 days are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns for opened items beyond 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What Should I Do if I Need to Return an Item?

  • Package the item carefully using the original box, including all accessories, parts, and hardware.
  • Ensure the package is sealed securely and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  • Include a printed copy of the email correspondence inside the package if possible.
  • Ship the item to the designated return address provided during the RMA process.

Once received, your item will be inspected:

  • If the item is defective, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
  • If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
  • If the item is found to be in working condition, you will be responsible for return shipping if you want the item sent back to you.

Open Box Items:

  • Not eligible for return.

Combo or Bundle Purchases:

  • All items in the combo must be returned to receive full store credit.
  • Returning individual items from the bundle will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Apparel & Swag:

  • Returns are not accepted for apparel or branded merchandise including hats, shirts, hoodies, keychains, lanyards, etc.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is Dead on Arrival (D.O.A.).

Conditions for Refused Returns or Restocking Fees:

  • Evidence of installation or use (e.g., scratches, screw holes).
  • Missing or tampered stickers, tags, or manufacturer labels.
  • Missing components or damaged original packaging.
  • Product has a different serial number than originally shipped.
  • Damage from mishandling (e.g., water damage or dropped items).
  • Improperly packaged returns that arrive damaged.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Wire that is not returned on a full spool is not eligible for return.
  • Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures and speaker boxes are non-returnable.
