What is your warranty policy?Updated a month ago

We do not offer refunds for any reason, all refunds/warranties will be issued as a store credit that can be applied to future order.

Most products are covered under a One-year manufacturer warranty, an extended warranty can be purchased at the time of purchase on Big Jeff website and or at Big Jeff locations.

If the item is deemed to be not be in working condition and is eligible for warranty, you will be sent a new item, if we do not have the item in stock, you will be issued an in-store credit.

The credit will be based on the purchase price of the item. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If we deem misuse because you are having to warranty the same product more than twice then we reserve the right to NOT warranty it anymore and you would have to go through the manufacturer.


If the product returned is deemed to be in working condition, we will be unable to process the warranty, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If return shipping cost is not paid within 30 days, your item will be disposed of.

Items that are not covered under warranty include:
  • Pro Audio that can be fixed with a replacement part (such as drivers and tweeters with replacement diaphragms) Ex. Diaphragm and or a Re-cone kit
  • Brazilian Amplifiers: Timpano
  • Competition rated subwoofers (Generally 3,000+ Watts RMS)
  • Blown, punctured or fried speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers
  • Clearance, open box and discontinued items (or as is no returns)
  • Deaf Bonce Atom Pro 9.5K, AAK-20000.1D & AAK-8000.1D

All these products will be repaired and we will charge fees for repairs if there are no Manufacturer defects. 


All Competition rated subwoofers (DB30, DB35, DB34, DB45, etc) subwoofers ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, a re-cone kit must be purchased for these items in the event they cease to function.

What reasons may my amplifier not be a approved warranty?

  • Amplifiers with missing or broken warranty seals (Amplifiers that have been opened for any reason).
  • Physical damage.
  • Product modification.
  • Fire damage, water damage, lightning strikes or other ‘Acts of God’.
  • Damage caused by excessive clipping.
  • Damage caused by low voltage.
  • Damage from neglect, accident misuse or abuse. Multiple returns for the same damage may be considered abuse.
  • Damage caused by excessive vibration from an improper installation.
  • Not using proper wire GA size and or enough electrical upgrades to support amplifier.

All Stetsom, PRV, and Timpano will go to the BTG Group (PRV) and you will need to go to PRVAUDIO.com site to fill out RMA Request Form.


Sundown Audio
All Sundown Audio Products warranty requests will be done through Sundown Audio. Please fill out the RMA form here: Sundown Support


DD Audio
All DD Audio Products will be warrantied through the manufacturer. Please contact us first, and we will direct your request to DD.

Kicker
All Kicker products will be warrantied through the manufacturer.

 B2 Audio – Warranty & Repairs (Sold by Big Jeff Audio) 

 All B2 Audio warranty/repair requests must begin with an RMA Form. Please also notify us if you purchased CPS extended coverage for the item. 

 Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the applicable repair center. Proper packaging is required to avoid shipping damage. 
 Amplifiers: Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt for diagnosis only (repair time is in addition to diagnosis). 
  • All B2 amplifiers (except Rage Micro) ship to:

  • Rage Micro amplifiers (B2-RAGE-MI-800.4, B2-RAGE-MI-1000) ship to:

 If the amplifier is confirmed in-warranty and repairable, B2 Audio USA covers return shipping within the continental U.S. Out-of-warranty amps may be repaired at customer expense; a $80 non-refundable diagnostic/bench fee applies before a repair quote is provided. Unrepairable units may be returned at customer cost or disposed of upon request.

 What Does CPS Cover?

Our CPS warranty covers a comprehensive range of issues that may arise with your B2 Audio product, including but not limited to:

Manufacturing defects

Electrical malfunctions

Component failures

Accidental damages


 Registering Your CPS Warranty 

Upon receiving your package containing the B2 Audio product, it is imperative that you register your CPS warranty. Registration can be completed easily online with the instructions provided. This step ensures that your warranty is activated and ready to serve you.

 Utilizing Your CPS Warranty 

Your CPS warranty can be utilized at any time after 30 days from the date of registry. Should you encounter any issues with your B2 Audio product during the warranty period, simply reach out to us, and our dedicated support team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

 Terms and Conditions

  • The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Accidental damages are covered under the CPS warranty.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the B2 Audio product.
  • Proof of purchase may be required when utilizing the warranty.
  • B2 Audio reserves the right to assess and determine the eligibility of claims under the CPS warranty.
