We do not offer refunds for any reason, all refunds/warranties will be issued as a store credit that can be applied to future order.

Return Window:

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full store credit.
  • If your product has ceased to function properly, rest assured, we offer comprehensive warranty coverage. Click here to review our warranty policy
• Unopened items can be returned up to 90 days, but a 10% restocking fee applies after the initial 14 days.
• Opened items returned within 14 days will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
• Returns for opened items beyond 14 days will be assessed on a per-case basis.
• Items purchased with Store Credit are final sale. They are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or additional Store Credit.
