Store Hours, Pickup Information & Visitor Policy

Our business operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). We are located in Ocala, Florida, and all business hours are based on the Eastern Time Zone.

Order Pickup

We offer curbside order pickup during business hours. To ensure your order is ready and our warehouse team has sufficient time to complete end-of-day operations, same-day pickups must be completed by 3:00 PM ET.

If you are unable to arrive before 3:00 PM ET, your order will be held for pickup on the next business day during normal business hours.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before traveling to our location.

No Retail Showroom

Our facility is not a retail showroom and is not open for in-store shopping or product browsing.

We operate as a warehouse and fulfillment center. All purchases must be placed through our website before arriving. Once your order is ready, you may pick it up using our curbside pickup service during the available pickup hours.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-in shopping, product demonstrations, or browsing inside the warehouse.

Holiday Closures

We are closed on most major U.S. holidays. Orders may still be placed online during these times, but they will be processed when we reopen on the next business day.

If a holiday affects our normal operating schedule, updated hours will be posted on our website and customer service channels whenever possible.
