We now offer professional out-of-warranty amplifier repairs and subwoofer recone services for most car audio brands and models.

CPS Extended Warranty Repairs

We are an Authorized Repair Partner for CPS (Consumer Priority Service).

If your amplifier or subwoofer is covered under a CPS extended warranty purchased through another retailer or company, we may be able to complete the repair under your warranty coverage.

• CPS warranty claims must be approved through CPS prior to repair
• Please include your CPS contract or claim information when submitting your repair request
• Coverage, approval, and claim eligibility are determined by CPS

Service Fee (Required to Start)

All repairs require a $150 non-refundable service fee.

• Includes: Diagnosis, labor evaluation, and shipping to and from our facility
• This fee is required before any work begins 

You pay once upfront, no surprise shipping charges later.

How It Works

1. Submit the Repair Request Form
2. Pay the $150 service fee
3. We send you a prepaid shipping label
4. You send your item in (amp or subwoofer)
5. We diagnose the issue and provide a repair quote
6. You decide:
   • Approve: We send a separate invoice for the repair cost. Once paid, we complete the repair and ship it back with return shipping already covered by your initial $150 service fee.
   • Decline: We ship your item back with return shipping already covered by your initial $150 service fee.

   • Amplifiers: Mono block and multi-channel (Class D / Class AB)
   • Subwoofers: Recones, blown coils, suspension damage

8. Common Issues

   • Amplifiers stuck in protect mode
   • No power / intermittent power
   • Output failure or distortion
   • Blown subwoofers / burnt coils
   • Mechanical damage (spiders, surrounds, leads)

9. Not Typically Repairable

   • Severe fire or water damage
   • Heavily modified or tampered units
   • Products with no available replacement parts

    • Diagnosis: Typically within 5 business days of receiving your item
    • Repair time: Varies based on parts and workload

    Important Notes

    • The $150 service fee is non-refundable
    • Repair costs are quoted separately after diagnosis
    • Please package your item securely to avoid transit damage

    Storage & Abandonment Policy

    Once we provide your repair quote, we will hold your item for 30 days.

    If no response or payment is received within that time, the item may be considered abandoned and disposed of.
