2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

3. Commission and Payment

• Payments will be made within the first week of each month via PayPal payouts.
• Eligible sales exclude returns, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions.
• No minimum payout threshold is required for commission disbursement.

5. Promotional Materials

• Affiliates will have access to marketing materials, including banners, logos, and product images.
• Affiliates may not alter or modify any promotional materials without prior written approval.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in cookie stuffing or affiliate fraud.
• Misrepresenting their relationship with Big Jeff Audio.
• Using offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in their promotions.

Permitted Activities:

• Affiliates may use Google advertising to drive customers to Big Jeff Audio’s website using their affiliate code, provided it complies with all applicable advertising guidelines and does not infringe on Big Jeff Audio’s trademarks or policies.

Submission of Campaign Details

Affiliates utilizing Google advertising must submit detailed information about their campaigns to ensure compliance with this policy. The required details include:

• Campaign names and IDs
• Targeted keywords
• Ad click-through rates (CTR)
• Traffic source details showing the destination as the Big Jeff Audio website
• Landing pages used in the campaigns
• Any images or videos used in the campaigns

Affiliates are required to update this information if there are significant changes to their campaigns. Failure to provide accurate and timely details may result in suspension or termination from the Program.

7. Intellectual Property

• Big Jeff Audio retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, and branding materials.
• Affiliates may use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting Big Jeff Audio products.
