E-Commerce Manager

Big Jeff Audio is a fast-growing e-commerce car audio and electronics company selling through our Shopify website and major online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. This role also includes social media management, product data entry across multiple platforms, and basic website updates within Shopify.

The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and technology, understands how digital channels can drive revenue, and is comfortable balancing creative projects with detailed e-commerce work. You should be tech-savvy, analytical, organized, and ready to bring forward new ideas that strengthen our marketing campaigns.

Pay:
$35,700 - $42,000 per year salary to start

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Manager will help maintain and grow Big Jeff Audio's online presence across our website, marketplaces, social media channels, and digital marketing platforms. This position combines e-commerce management, digital marketing, content creation, product listing work, and basic Shopify website maintenance.

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong attention to detail, creative thinking, technical confidence, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategies that build lasting digital connections with consumers
• Plan and monitor the company's presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels
• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other sales platforms
• Perform detailed product data entry across multiple platforms
• Launch and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase company and brand awareness
• Support SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, written content, product information, and image optimization
• Prepare newsletters, blog posts, promotional emails, and other marketing content for distribution through multiple channels
• Develop creative ideas for content marketing and update website content
• Complete basic website changes within the Shopify platform
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to improve the customer experience
• Review marketing performance and use data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay informed about e-commerce, social media, advertising, and online marketing trends

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with business-to-consumer social media marketing and SEO/SEM
• Creative content writing skills
• Strong analytical mindset and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and basic video editing
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software programs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month for meetings
• 30-minute lunch
• (2) paid 10-minute breaks
