We are excited to announce a new service for our valued customers: car audio product repairs! Starting now, we are offering repair services for a wide range of subwoofers, amplifiers, tweeters, and other car audio components. Below are the terms and details of the repair service to help you get started.

Non-Refundable Diagnosis/Testing Fee

To evaluate and test your product, we charge a $75 non-refundable diagnosis and testing fee. This fee covers the labor and time involved in assessing your product’s condition and determining the necessary repairs.

Shipping Costs

• Customer’s Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to send their item to our facility.
• Declined Repairs: If you choose not to proceed with the repair, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping to have the item sent back to you.
• Approved Repairs: If you approve the repair, we will handle the cost of return shipping, ensuring your item gets back to you at no additional charge.

Item Storage Policy

After we have notified you to pay the diagnosis fee or informed you that the repair is complete, we will hold your item for 30 days. If no payment is received within this period, the item may be forfeited. Please ensure timely communication and payment to avoid losing your product.

Proper Packaging

To protect your product during transit, it is crucial to package it properly. We are not responsible for further damage caused by inadequate packaging. Take the necessary precautions to ensure your item arrives safely.

How to Get Started

1. Fill out our Repair Request Form on the website.
2. Pay the $75 diagnosis/testing fee.
3. Ship your product to our facility following the packaging guidelines.

Once your product arrives, we will diagnose the issue and provide a detailed repair estimate. You can then choose to approve or decline the repair based on the estimate provided.

If you prefer to repair your own speakers or subwoofers, we offer a variety of high-quality replacement parts, including recone kits and diaphragms, to help you get the job done.
