Spanish Speaking Customer Service Retail Sales Associate

We are a fast-growing eCommerce car audio and electronics company selling across multiple online channels, as well as direct to dealers and local retail customers.

We are looking for a bilingual team member who is fluent in both English and Spanish and can confidently communicate with a wide range of Spanish-speaking customers. Our customer base includes Spanish speakers from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, and many other backgrounds, so strong comprehension, clear communication, and comfort with different accents and phrasing is important.

Pay:
Starting at $17/hour + performance-based bonuses tied to sales goals

Position Overview

This role involves assisting customers across multiple platforms including our website, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more. You will help customers with product questions, order support, and troubleshooting.

You will be communicating through phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product selection and building orders
  • Handle order issues, tracking, and general account questions
  • Navigate multiple platforms and systems efficiently
  • Help bridge communication with Spanish-speaking customers across a variety of dialects and backgrounds
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to understand and assist Spanish-speaking customers from a variety of backgrounds
  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
  • Computer-savvy with the ability to solve problems quickly
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Moderate to strong typing skills

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • 30-minute lunch
  • (2) paid 10-minute breaks

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience (1+ year required)
  • Retail Sales experience (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel (1+ year required)
  • Typing skills (2+ years required)
  • Basic computer operations (2+ years required)

Language Requirements

  • Spanish (required)
  • English (required)
