Customer Service Retail Sales Associate
We are a fast-growing eCommerce car audio and electronics company selling across multiple online channels, as well as direct to dealers and local retail customers.
We are looking for motivated individuals who can assist customers, drive sales, and grow with our company.
Pay:
Starting at $17/hour + performance-based bonuses tied to sales goals
Position Overview
This role involves assisting customers across multiple platforms including our website, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more. You will help customers with product questions, order support, and troubleshooting.
You will be communicating through phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product selection and building orders
- Handle order issues, tracking, and general account questions
- Navigate multiple platforms and systems efficiently
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
- Computer-savvy with the ability to solve problems quickly
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- Moderate to strong typing skills
Bonus:
Spanish-speaking is a plus due to our large Hispanic customer base

Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- 30-minute lunch
- (2) paid 10-minute breaks
Requirements
- Customer Service experience (1+ year required)
- Retail Sales experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel (1+ year required)
- Typing skills (2+ years required)
- Basic computer operations (2+ years required)
